Henri Termeer
Henri Termeer was born in the Netherlands. He studied Economics at Erasmus University, The Netherlands and received a M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. Before Genzyme he worked for Baxter International Laboratories, a manufacturer of human healthcare products. He became President and Director of Genzyme in 1983, and has been Chief Executive since 1985.
